AAAP Meeting 2021 Agenda With Speakers
Dear AAAP members,
Hindsight is 2020: Pivoting from Chaos to Innovation. While virtual, this year’s annual meeting will still offer the robust programming as well as the social and networking experiences that we’ve all come to appreciate from these meetings. The meeting will run from Thursday, March 4 through Sunday, March 7, with AAAP-specific programming on Thursday and Friday, and joint programming with AMSPDC on Saturday and Sunday.
March 4-5
We are excited to feature member-led presentations and case studies, panel discussions and breakout sessions on many of the topics that you as members have shared are important to you. Members will also be partnering with our sponsors, AMN Healthcare, Culbert Healthcare Solutions, and FKP | CannonDesign, in delivering meaningful and engaging programming. Award-winning leadership expert, Professor Gianpiero Petriglieri will join us as our keynote speaker on day two. Prof. Petriglieri is a psychiatrist by training and an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at one of the world’s leading and largest graduate business schools, INSEAD in France. We will round out the AAAP-specific programming with a poster and networking session.
March 6-7
We are excited to partner with our AMSPDC colleagues for joint programming on Saturday and Sunday. Through these sessions, we will have the opportunity to hear from national leaders from the ABP, AAP, and CHA on industry trends and opportunities under the new administration. We will also hear from a keynote speaker on the topic of racism & pediatrics and engage in a collaborative workshop focused on racism, diversity, equity and inclusion. Sunday will include a one-hour session providing an update from the Work Force taskforce.
Participation by at least one representative from each institution is recommended for these 2 days.
