The 2022 AAAP Annual Meeting, Possibilities into Opportunities – Reimagining the Path Forward, in Indianapolis, Indiana will be held Sunday, May 15- Tuesday, May 17, 2022.

Thank you to those of you who have registered to attend either in-person or virtually.  For those of you who haven’t yet, the deadline is approaching.   Don’t wait until Friday, April 29^th to register for the meeting.  We are excited to see everyone back in person after two years apart.  Registration details follow below.

Meeting and Hotel Registration

Registration is now open for the Annual Meeting.  Registration is priced at $600 for either in-person or virtual registration.  AAAP members and non-members alike, are welcome to  register for the annual meeting with our online registration partner, Eventbrite.  Virtual registrations processed by Friday, April 29 will receive a goody bag in advance of the meeting containing items to enjoy throughout the meeting! Goody bags will be mailed to the shipping address in your registration order form and are subject to availability.  As a member, we offer a Member Assistance Program. If you would like more information about AAAP and/or our membership benefits, please visit us at www.aaapeds.org.  The application is also included in this email for easy reference.

Our site host, Indiana University’s Department of Pediatrics, will be hosting Monday night’s event at the NCAA Hall of Championships. Prepare to represent your favorite university/ college team, by wearing your team’s t-shirt/ outfit.

The AAAP will continue monitoring all appropriate CDC guidelines to ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the meeting. Please see attached for information on the agenda topics.
