Under minimal supervision, responsible for division operations pertaining to clinical management, administrative, financial, personnel, and organizational functions of the Division of Pediatric Cardiology. In collaboration with the Division Chief and Department Administration, provides strategic support and leadership in planning, developing, and implementing new programs to advance the mission and goals of the division, and ensures ongoing quality of service in existing clinical and research programs. Assists in evaluating current and proposed systems and procedures; recommends changes when necessary and assists in implementation of new processes. Acts as a catalyst between the division and its customers and staff to ensure continuity and quality of service and care.
