Molly Barnes, M.A., serves as the Director of Administrative Operations for the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria. Molly primarily oversees contracts and the administrative team that support 19 divisions and over 100 faculty. She completed her bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Lincoln College and later completed her master’s degree in organizational leadership from Lewis University. Molly has been a member of the AAAP since early 2022. She lives in a small town in Central Illinois with her husband and two children.
