Gina-Marie is the Vice President of the Pediatric Service Line at Northwell Health. She oversees the operations, finances, recruitment, growth strategy, and program development for pediatrics across Northwell’s 3 regions. Northwell is the largest health system and private employer in NYS and Pediatrics is the 2nd largest service line in the health system with 522 physicians and 922 team members. Aside from her role in the service line, Gina-Marie also serves on several committees at Cohen Children’s Medical Center, Northwell’s only dedicated children’s hospital.
Gina-Marie has been working in health care operations for 25 years, working at several NYC academic institutions including Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, Weill Cornell Medicine, and Maimonides Medical Center. Gina-Marie came to Northwell in 2017 and has worked in Pediatrics ever since.
Gina-Marie attended the University of Scranton for her undergraduate degree and went on to pursue her Master of Public Administration at NYU. Gina-Marie lives on Long Island with her husband and 4 children. Aside from her children, her greatest personal accomplishment has been running the NYC marathon twice. Gina-Marie loves to run, dance, travel, and spend time with family and friends. She serves on 2 PTAs and is the school district’s liaison to the special education community. Gina-Marie is an active member of AAAP and served as the Program Director for the 2025 annual meeting.
