Gil Pak is a seasoned healthcare administrator who has been with the Penn State Health since 2002. With a degree in Economics from Drew University and a Master of Health Administration from The Pennsylvania State University, he currently serves as Department Administrator for the Department of Pediatrics at Penn State Health Golisano Children’s Hospital.
Having first worked for Highmark before coming to Penn State, he carries with him experience in both payer and provider environments. His responsibilities encompass strategic planning, program development, faculty recruitment, budget and finance, clinical care management, along with oversight of research and endowment and gifts funds as they relate to the department for both Penn State Health and the College of Medicine.
